Tustin Hearing Center is a full service diagnostic Audiology center. With our breadth of hearing services, we’ve helped over 16,000 patients in the Orange County community.
Our hearing services include:
- Hearing Tests (Adult and Pediatrics)
Testing is painless, comfortable and safe. It consists of answering questions about your hearing health, recognizing everyday words at different volume levels, and identifying different sounds. These tests should help determine whether a hearing loss is best treated medically or with hearing aids.
- Hearing Aid Evaluations
If it’s determined that you are a candidate for hearing aids, your personalized hearing evaluation will help guide you in choosing the right solution. All options will be discussed with you, including the style of the hearing instrument, technology level, and other factors that are important to meet your personalized needs.
- Hearing Aid Fittings (Adult and Pediatrics)
We work closely with you during your hearing aid fit to make sure your hearing aid fits correctly, check how the hearing aids sound and make any adjustments based on your individual preferences and listening environments. We will instruct you on use and care of your hearing aids, and have a series of follow up appointments to assure optimal use.
- Hearing Aid Repairs and Maintenance
Maintaining your hearing aid through daily cleaning and regular service is extremely important. Our specialists can repair or diagnose the problem, and clean and check them for optimal performance.
- Earmolds and other hearing accessories
Many of our hearing aids include accessories to help extend and expand the benefits of hearing aids, and open your world even more with better and easier hearing experiences.
- Tinnitus Evaluations
For patients suffering with tinnitus (“ringing in the ears”) we offer diagnostic testing and self-assessment surveys to determine the cause of the tinnitus and its effects.
- Musician Earmolds
- Repeated exposure to 120dB or more can leave you wondering where your hearing went. Our musician plugs, ideal for musicians and concert goers allow you to hear accurately in high-noise environments.
- Noise Protection
Hearing loss is commonly associated with age, but did you know there is such a thing as “noise-induced hearing loss”, too? The good news is that preventative measures can be used to help eliminate the chances of a noise induced hearing loss.
- Assistive Devices for Hearing Impairment
When a patient has a hearing loss sometimes an assistive listening device (ALD) is required in addition to or instead of a hearing aid. ALDs can be amplified telephones, TV enhancers, visual smoke and doorbell alarms and a variety of other items designed to keep the hearing impaired in touch with their environment.
- Analyzing your hearing problem
We are here to support you. Every one of our patients receives quality care to help them understand their hearing. Whether you’re a new hearing aid user or an experienced user, we’ll be here to help you every step of the way throughout your hearing journey.
- Troubleshooting your hearing aid problem
We have a Hearing Instrument Specialist and Audiology Assistants here to help troubleshoot hearing aid or accessory issues over the phone. Before taking your hearing aids in for servicing, there are simple things you can try at home.
