Our care begins with your first phone call. Our Patient Care Coordinators will guide you in scheduling the right appointment, and answer any questions you may have. When you step into our office, our Front Office staff will greet you with a friendly “hello” and a smile. Have an insurance question? Our Insurance and Billing Department is here to make it easy on you. Need your hearing aids cleaned? Our experienced Audiology Assistants are available during our daily walk-in hour. We want you to feel comfortable and well taken care of, and our support is designed to make your path to better hearing as simple as it should be.
Sally, Patient Care Coordinator
Sally became a part of Tustin Hearing Center in 2006. She started at the front desk, and now she is a Patient Care Coordinator. Previously, she worked in the accounts payable department for a large local hospital, and worked as a Phlebotomist in a laboratory. That is where Sally met her husband for the first time! When she has time, she enjoys being outdoors in her garden. Her passion is spending time with her family and close friends!
