Audiologists are the primary health care professionals who evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage hearing loss and balance disorders in adults and children. Most Audiologists earn a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree. Some Audiologists earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) degree in the Hearing and Balance Sciences. The educational program includes a broad range of disciplines to prepare the Doctor of Audiology to effectively manage all types of hearing problems.
Our Audiologists are qualified to perform hearing tests, consult and diagnosis hearing and balance disorders, hearing aid fitting and programming, and post-fitting counseling and rehabilitation. Sneha Hinduja, Doctor of Audiology, is originally from India. She completed her undergraduate and soon learned she had a passion for Audiology. She continued her education and received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Buffalo in New York. She moved to Orange County, California, from Westminster, Maryland, where she worked in private practice settings for more than two years. She enjoys all aspects of Audiology but has special interest in diagnostic hearing testing.
Kasra Abolhosseini, Doctor of Audiology, grew up in Orange County, CA. He completed his undergraduate work at San Diego State University and his Doctorate in Audiology at Pacific University, Oregon. Dr. Kasra completed his externship year at Tustin Hearing Center and stayed on board full time after graduation. He enjoys all aspects of Audiology with a special interest in amplification and personalized patient care.
Nisreen Alkhayer, Au.D., is originally from Syria. She has Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a joint program between Damascus University and University of Jordan. She also completed her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree at Illinois State University (ISU). She moved to Los Angeles County, California, from Normal, Illinois for her externship where she received extensive training in hearing aids and balance assessment and treatment. She enjoys all aspects of Audiology but has special interest in diagnostic hearing testing.
